Our Kombucha

Artisan Kombucha sets itself apart from other brands by brewing full-strength batches without dilution or additional probiotics. This results in a richer, more nutrient-dense, and savory flavor profile compared to commercial kombuchas. We take pride in our small-batch brewing process, using organic black tea and other teas to experiment with seasonal flavors. Our ingredients include whole, raw fruits, vegetables, and herbs that are juiced or soaked, never using concentrates or additives. Our kombucha is raw, unfiltered, and full of probiotics, enzymes, and nutrients. At Artisan Kombucha, we support local farmers and growers, sourcing produce whenever possible. Along with our year-round flavors, we brew seasonal and local batches. Here are the current batches we are brewing.
